Hello Loves! Before I start today’s post, I would like to thank Influenster, and all of the wonderful companies that supplied this VoxBox! Everything mentioned in this post was complimentary.

Overall, I am very happy with this Glow VoxBox. It is definitely one full of amazing goodies that are perfect for summer vacations and trends!

  • Sinful Colors Professionals (Super Cooper)
Originally, I was not fond of the fact that this nail polish contained glitter, and overall, I’m not much of a green person, when it comes to my nails. However, my view changed when I tested out Super Cooper! This color is a very muted green, which turns out to be very versatile and complimentary to other colors. The shimmer wasn’t your typical sparkly nail polish: instead, it matched the “muted” theme of it’s shade by making the shimmer more subtle, and it evenly blended into the polish. This then made the final texture very smooth. Sinful Colors’ formula is fast drying, and pigmented, regardless of Super Cooper’s muteness. This product retails $2.

  • Flash Tattoo (Chloe)
This is not the first time I’ve encountered Flash Tattoos. I’ve actually received this product as a gift, this past Christmas. However, I’ve never had the chance to really try it out. Let me just tell you, that I love this product, and I love this brand. The package comes with four full sized sheets of different, yet uniformed, jewelry-inspired designs in gold and silver. Their website has many options to ensure that at least one style matches your own.
The temporary tattoo is chic, stylish, and adds something extra to your favorite summer trends. The product is very pigmented, and easy to apply (even after trimming). The shimmer from the formula does not fall out, and the product stays on for about 3-4 days. To be honest, I think mine could’ve lasted longer if I hadn’t placed the flash tattoo underneath my daily watch. This product retails $20-25.

  • Not Your Mother’s Royal Honey + Kalahari Desert Melon Repair + Protect Leave-In Conditioner
This is the first leave-in conditioner that I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying, and I love it. The packaging is very user friendly: there’s even a switch to turn the spray bottle on and off!
Originally, I doubted that I would be able to enjoy this product because of my recent outbreak from dandruff caused by stress; but, surprisingly, this product does not cause my scalp to flare, and leaves me as flake-free as possible! More importantly this formula defiantly makes my hair softer, and smoother — even after the abuse from my flat-iron or curling-iron.
For all the cruelty-free consumers out there, this product is one for the books because its formula is derived from plant ingredients and 100% cruelty-free. For those with allergies, and sensitive skin, this product is also for you because its formula is also free of paragon, sulfate, silicon, and synthetic dye. (Bonus: it smells really good too!)
A definite 10/10 in my eyes! This product retails $9.

  • Shea Moisture African Black Soap Problem Skin Facial Wash + Scrub
This one is, by far, my favorite out of these two products. Due to its tamarind oil, tea tree oil, and raw shea butter, this product leaves your skin feeling fresh and baby soft. It also smells really nice, and its fragrance gives you a calming sensation.
The formula is quite thick, but not to the point where it’s hard to work with. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. A little goes a long way with this product, and the multi-sized beads are actually very gentle on the skin, and not abrasive at all.
This product retails $10 for 4oz.
  • Shea Moisture African Black Soap Clarifying Mud Mask
I was not very fond of this product. The first thing I noticed was that this product smelled a lot like Play-Dough. But, I still decided to test the product, and give my honest review. The formula was on the watery side, and did not feel like a mud mask at all. I let the mask sit for about 25 minutes, which was 15 minutes longer than the allotted time stated, and the product still didn’t completely dry on my face. It was easy to wash off, but it’s Play-Dough fragrance still lingered on my skin throughout the night, and could still be detected in the morning.
Overall I didn’t really like this product, and it wasn’t as affective as I had assumed it to be, especially for its original price. This product retails $15 for 6oz.

That concludes this product review session! Three out of the four products given to be for free, were amazing, and I would be more than happy to purchase them and gift them to my friends! These products, at first, seem to be on the pricier side because of how good the quality is, but that’s not the case! I believe all of these products are very affordable, and reasonable prices.

I hope that this review helped some of y’all out to decide on whether or not you wanted to try out any of these products. If you would like to know more details on the products, or have specific questions, feel free to leave me a comment below!
