While wanting to shed a few pounds and eating more salad is all good and dandy, it is not easy – but, you already knew that. Before I start today’s post, I would like to apologize for my inactivity. I didn’t realize that it’s been 20 days since my last post. I had my first couple of tests for the semester and something personal came up.

Fun Cardio Alternatives for Running

When you think of cardio, running is probably the first things that come to mind. Now, I know running is not everyone’s cup of tea – I know for sure that it’s not mine. Running is a part of my workout routine, however, I am for sure not a distance runner like my mom. Therefore I don’t run for a long time – maybe 30 minutes max when I’m feeling determined (which I don’t most of the time)

Running is actually very good for you and benefits your entire body, not just your legs. However, running tends to get repetitive and gets boring easily, especially if you are on a treadmill versus running outside.

If you guys follow me on Twitter, then you might have noticed that I recently did a poll. Recently, I’ve been going through this writer’s block funk, and I just needed some help in where I needed to lead my content. If you read my New Year’s Resolutions post, then you already know that I am trying really hard to improve my content, as well as many other things.
