Product Review: Elf Jumbo Lip Gloss Stick

Happy Saturday!! I guess this week’s “theme” is E.L.F, because I have another product review for E.L.F! Whenever I try to find a new lip product, I always have to question whether or not it will dry out my lips. For years, this has been such a struggle for me. The my lips are dysfunctional and have such a hard time retaining moisture. Here is how E.L.F.’s Jumbo Lip Gloss Stick in Sangria Starters worked out for me:

Let’s just say it’s my new favorite. I use it everyday. I absolutely love this product! To be honest, I had very low expectations for this product, just because it is very rare for me to find a lip product that will retain the moisture in my lips. I was expecting this product to make my lips super dry, causing the skin on my lips to peel and just look unappealing and rough. However, that is not the case.

More snaps and claps for E.L.F.! Not only did this product retain the moisture in my lips, but it also hydrated my lips, making them more supple and extra soft. When applying this product on my lips, it leaves a gentle sensation, making your lips feel velvety when you rub them together.  The formula for Elf’s Jumbo Lip Gloss Stick contains Grape and Vitamin E ingredients which really helps moisturize your lips.

Now I do have to say the pigmentation of the lip gloss stick isn’t as bright/ dark as I was wanting it to be, but it’s okay, I like the subtle to average pigmentation that it provides (depending on your skin tone).

Overall I really do love this product, and I love how compact the packaging is, and how easy it is to apply when I’m on the run. Hands down, for only $2 and seven different color options, you must try out E.L.F.’s Jumbo Lip Gloss Stick.
